Patricia is one Czech that we will gladly accept anytime. She's the covergirl for The Underwear Affair video magazine and also the covergirl for Sneaky Special: Hot Encores 2. Patricia was a participant in The Malibu Miniskirt Finals but she competed under the name of Ramona (don't worry, everything was cleared with the INS). Patricia loves America (especially the men) and she hopes to return often.
