Penny Flame was born and raised in Oakland, California and she currently lives and works out of San Diego. We first worked with her on our video magazine production, Fetish Fever, and she captured everyone’s attention with her vivaciousness and lack of inhibition. It says a lot about Penny that her first hotbody.com appearance was as Model of the Month. It certainly won’t be her last.
